For the first essay, I have chosen to write about Margaret Tobin Brown, less formally known as Molly Brown. Though she was influential in many areas and has several contributions, she is most famous for her heroism during the sinking of the RMS. I chose Molly Brown because she represents that heroic ability to be completely selfless that I believe is incredibly rare, and she was extremely relatable. Her theatrics and attitude are very appealing to me.

I believe size, shape and proportion all matter. Everyday objects should be intuitive and easy to use. Details, workmanship and quality materials are essential. These well designed and well made objects can add beauty and pleasure to our lives. I am a native San Franciscan and am passionate about anything handmade. Orgi in Golden Gate Park.
